Please follow the steps below to successfully submit your application to attend a 性吧导航 program.
Step 1
Review available programs for international students.
International students interested in apprenticeship training should contact for more information.
If you would like to enrol in a program that is delivered online, we strongly encourage you to review the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (Government of Canada)鈥檚 webpage on .
Step 2
Review Program Admission Requirements and English Language Proficiency Requirements
Read the 'Program Admission Requirements and English Language Proficiency Requirements' for the program(s) you are interested in applying to attend. This information is found on each program webpage.
You can also consult English Language Proficiency Requirements
The Office of the Registrar will assess your prior learning from other education to determine international high school and post-secondary course equivalencies to meet academic admission requirements.
Step 3
Submit An Online Application
Ensure you submit your application for the appropriate term, based on 性吧导航鈥檚 application deadlines (noted on each program webpage).
You will be asked for the following information when submitting your online application:
Basic Personal Information
Program of Choice (First-choice Program and Second-choice Program)
You are able to identify your first and second choice programs. If you are not qualified for your first-choice program, the Office of the Registrar will automatically assess if you meet the requirements for your second-choice program.
Basic Academic History
Only international applicants who have attended high school in Canada are required to fill out specific course details.
Once you complete your online application, you will be prompted to pay a $150 non-refundable international application fee.
Step 4
Complete Supporting Documentation
Email supporting documentation to International Admissions.
Please email the information below for the Office of the Registrar to begin assessing your application:
Basic Personal Information, including your full legal name and date of birth. This ensures the Office of the Registrar associates your email with your online application.
Program(s) of Choice, including your first-choice program and, if applicable, your second-choice program.
Documents that help 性吧导航 assess that you meet academic admission requirements, including transcripts from your home country.
Documents to assess that you meet English Language Proficiency Requirements for the program(s) you are interested in applying to attend. This information is found on each of 性吧导航鈥檚 individual program webpages.
Step 5
Review Application Status
Watch for an automated email from 性吧导航 and log in to My性吧导航 to review your application status in the 鈥淢y Admissions鈥 card.
If 性吧导航 requires additional information from you, this will be posted on your account in My性吧导航. It is your responsibility to log in regularly and check the 鈥淢y Admissions鈥 card to stay up-to-date on changes to your application.
Step 6
Pay Your Tuition Deposit
If you meet the admission requirements for your program of choice and there is a seat available, you will be admitted as an 性吧导航 student. This will be communicated to you on the 鈥淢y Admissions鈥 card of My性吧导航.
International Applicants are required to pay their tuition deposit before receiving their Letter of Acceptance. This can be done through the 鈥淭uition & Fee Payments鈥 card in My性吧导航. The tuition deposit is non-refundable, except in cases where the applicant provides proof that their study permit application was denied (before the term鈥檚 add/drop date).
Please Note: On January 22, 2024, Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Canada announced the issuance of the Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) that will need to be added to the Study Permit application for applications for programs starting Fall 2024. Details are at:
For Network Administration Diploma or Software Development Diploma students, to receive a PAL, you must submit a fee of $1400.00, which will be applied directly to your tuition. The balance of your tuition is due 30 days before your program start date.
Step 7
Receive your Letter of Acceptance
Once 性吧导航 has received your tuition deposit, you will be able to download your Letter of Acceptance.
To download your Letter of Acceptance, log into TheLoop, click 鈥淎pplications鈥 and scroll down to the 鈥淟etter of Acceptance for International Students鈥 section.
Step 8
Apply for a Study Permit
Use your Official 性吧导航 Letter of Acceptance as proof that you have paid your tuition deposit to apply for your Canada Study Permit. Visit the for more information on the study permit application process.
Refugees must also apply to to obtain a Study Permit. Upon proof of Refugee status, these students will pay not international fees.
You are responsible for ensuring your study permit is valid at all times when you are a student.

Step 9
Provide official documents to 性吧导航 for final verification
This is a very important step in the admissions process. You will not be able to attend 性吧导航 until this step has been completed.
Although the Office of the Registrar can review your 鈥渦nofficial鈥 or scanned documents to admit you to a program and provide a Letter of Acceptance, you must provide official documents to the Office of the Registrar before the first day of classes (or your admission will be cancelled).
Your Official Transcript(s) and proof of English Language Proficiency documents must be received by the Office of the Registrar by the deadlines for each term, as noted below:
Fall Term (September) - July 15
Winter Term (January) - December 1
Spring Term (May) - March 31
Summer Term (July) - May 1
You can provide Official Transcripts and English Language Proficiency documents to the Office of the Registrar in one of the following methods:
Option 1 | Have your documents mailed from the issuing institution directly to 性吧导航
Official documents must be final and sent directly from the issuing institution to the Office of the Registrar at the following address:

Option 2 | Provide 性吧导航 with information to access Official Transcripts through an online portal (if available)
If the issuing institution has an online portal that external organizations can access to verify official transcripts, you or the issuing institution can email login credential information to International Admissions.
Please be sure to include your basic personal information in the email, including your name and date of birth, so that the Office of the Registrar can associate your email with your application.
Option 3 | Bring your official documents to 性吧导航 in an envelope sealed by the issuing institution. Transcripts received in any other format will not be accepted as official.
Option 4 | The issuing institution can email official documents directly to International Admissions.
Medical Examinations (if required as part of the admission requirements for the program you have been admitted to)
Students with Study Permits admitted to a program with a practicum or clinical placement in childcare, primary or secondary school teaching, or health service field, must complete medical examinations, as required by , one month prior to the start of classes. This includes students who have been admitted to study in the following 性吧导航 programs:

Early Learning and Child Care

Occupational and Physical Therapist Assistant
