Apprenticeship Housing
No Fuss Housing Options
性吧导航 Residence is committed to creating safe and flexible housing options to meet the needs of our apprenticeship students here on campus.
After you have registered for your program, you can apply for Apprenticeship housing as you need your 性吧导航 Username and Password before applying
Apprenticeship students can choose Full Stay or Partial Stay during their courses here at 性吧导航. See below for more details.
Students who choose the Full Stay option will be provided housing for the entire duration of their apprenticeship program here at 性吧导航.
Note: Unit type is assigned based on availability and indicated preferences. Unit type preference is not guaranteed.
Students enrolled in a blended program and are not required to be on campus for the entire duration of their program may choose the Partial Stay option.
Details:
Monday-Friday (4 Nights) for the weeks of on-campus course delivery only.
- Check-in Monday, and checkout Friday by 12pm.
- Weekends are not included.
If your course only requires you to be on campus for 1-3 nights per week, a daily charge is available instead.
Full Stay Costs
4-12 Weeks
- Four Bedroom Cluster = $200/week
- Two Bedroom Unit = $210/week
- Bachelor Unit = $225/week

Partial Stay Costs
- $240/week (4 Nights) + 9% tax (Must book in for all on-campus course delivery weeks)
- $70/night + 9% tax (Must book in for all on-campus course delivery weeks)

Other Fees
Parking
- Full Stay Option: Parking is an additional charge of $20.00/week. This fee is payable through a parking portal system which will require you to register, and pay online.
- Partial Stay Option: Parking is included in your stay.
Other Costs for Full Stay Option Only
- Residence Tenant Insurance = $45/ one-time charge
- Resident Tenant Association Fee = $4/week
- Residence Internet & Utility Service Fee = $5/week
- Carpet Cleaning Charge = $10/one-time charge

Other Notes
Full Stay
- No linens, or furnishings provided. Unit comes with all furniture.
- Check in Sunday, the day before your program starts between 2 pm and 7 pm; Or on Monday the 1st day of your program between 8:30 am to 4 pm.
Partial Stay
- Hotel-style accommodations with bedding and linens included.
- Check in between 2 pm and 7 pm.
- You are not permitted to leave belongings in the suite past checkout time (12 pm).
