性吧导航 welcomes new Associate Vice President, Academic

性吧导航 (性吧导航) is pleased to announce Chad Flinn is the institution鈥檚 new Associate Vice President, Academic (AVPA). Bringing a wealth of experience in education, research and administration, Mr. Flinn is an excellent addition to the Polytechnic鈥檚 leadership team.
In this role, Mr. Flinn will play a key part in promoting teaching excellence and academic integrity across 性吧导航. He will lead efforts in program expansion, quality assurance and the enhancement of learning and teaching standards. His responsibilities include guiding the Career Education and Experience Development (CEED) department and the Centre for Teaching, Learning and Scholarship (CTLS).

Having previously served as Dean of Trades and Technology at Medicine Hat College, Mr. Flinn led the development of the Centre for Innovation and a comprehensive Work-integrated Learning framework. His efforts have not only transformed educational environments but also significantly contributed to the practical and industry-aligned educational offerings, with sustainability at the forefront.
Mr. Flinn has been recognized nationally and internationally for his contributions to improving apprenticeship education and integrating EDI principles into educational programs. His leadership within the National Council of Deans of Apprenticeship, Trades, and Technology, and his contributions to the Commonwealth of Learning, have notably expanded his global outlook and engagement strategies.
Mr. Flinn will begin his new role at 性吧导航 on April 1, 2024.
